Company' s Family Holiday - A Little Something For Us All

This year's company's holiday, carried out on 3rd of July near the rest house of Koprivkite, would stick in the minds of our children for a long time with its variety of games, rewards and table luxuries. The host, Mr Evgeni Grinberg, aroused the desire for contribution even among the shiest children. In this instance the competition itself was not of importance but the opportunity for the kids to reveal their skills, overcome their bashfulness and make them feel like "little stars". The actors from the State Puppet Theatre in Plovdiv entertained the children and by improvisations allowed them to take part in their performance.

All the participants could find a little something for themselves. Those who did not enjoy common entertainment found ease and freshness under the trees' shadows of Rhodopi park, gathered herbs and flowers. The sports program gave everyone a chance to choose whether to join in the various competitions - tug of war, air gun practice, chess play, or to applaud the finalists of the football championship. This year's participants of the football finals were again the teams of the Zinc and Cadmium Production Unit and the Sintering and Shaft Furnace Unit.
