Events, holidays, rituals

28 June 2003
Company's holiday - a tradition carried on
Once again in the last Saturday of June the glades and the forest
of the Koprivkite area were resounded with music, children's cry
and laughter and much marry-making. This year, too, the company's
holiday made the people go out in the open air together with their
families and manifest their belonging to the big family of KCM SA.
To the delight of participants and organizers the holiday was a
real one - there were entertainments for parents and children; for
sportsmen and their fans; and for all who like just to be spectators
of the events around them. May be it was because of the fine weather,
may be it was the attempt to break the present framework of the
holiday, but there were over 1 000 people round the holiday house
of Koprivkite.
Probably those who were satisfied most of all were the children
since the actors from the State Puppet Theatre in Plovdiv and Toma
Sprostranov provoked them to become active participants in the program.
And it is a well-known truth that when the children amuse themselves,
then the parents have a good time, too.
