S E M I N A R "50 Years Modern Bulgarian
Metallurgy - Experience and Challenges to its European Future"
On the 4th of November 2003 in the Europe Conference Room of the
Princess Hotel in Sofia a seminar will be held on the subject of
"50 Years Modern Bulgarian Metallurgy - Experience and Challenges
to its European Future". The Branch Chamber of Ferrous and
Non-Ferrous Metallurgy (BCFNFM) is the organizer of the event.
The seminar is being held on the eve of the professional holiday
of the metallurgists - 5th of November and representatives of the
metallurgical plants in the country, outstanding specialists from
the governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations
have been invited to take part in the event.
The keynote
presentations included in the Program of the seminar have been distributed
in seven thematic panels. Specialists from KCM SA, Plovdiv will
be lecturers in two of the panels - "Application of the new
legislation for ensuring safe and healthy conditions of work in
the metallurgical sector" and "Ecological standards in
metallurgy".
The organizers of the event hope to achieve a constructive dialogue
between experts from different member-companies of the Chamber and
representatives of the governmental institutions and non-governmental
organizations on basic issues in this branch and key aspects related
to our admission to the EU.
