ANNOUNCEMENT TO BUSINESS PARTNERS

KCM S.A. and KCM Trade S.A. wish to inform their business partners and clients about the following structural changes in their management bodies occurring as a result of the resolutions made by the Supervisory Board of KCM S.A. and by the Board of Directors of KCM Trade S.A. on 2 October 2006, namely:

I. Recognizing the new targets and tasks of KCM S.A. concerning business management and high responsibilities arising after January 1st, 2007 in the area of competitiveness, environmental preservation, occupational conditions improvement and human resources development, the Supervisory Board of KCM S.A. made a resolution to appoint new Management Board of the company, as follows:

Ms Siyka Hriskova - Chair;
Mr Krasimir Orlovski - Deputy Chair;
Mr Stoyan Pehlivanov - Executive Member /Executive Director/;
Mr Stefan Stoychev - Member;
Mr Ivan Dobrev - Member.

Before the new appointed of Mr Pehlivanov as an Executive Director of KCM S.A. he was a Director of Purchasing and Sales Department of KCM S.A.

II. The Board of Directors of KCM Trade S.A. exempts Mr Valeriy Bogdanov Tsvetanov as an Executive Member/Executive Director of the company. The company will be represented before third parties by Ms Aneta Tsenkova Panayotova - Executive Director.

Mr Valeriy Bogdanov Tsvetanov moves to a new position at KCM S.A as a Head of the Material Resources and Logistics Dpt.

The Supervisory Board believes that the above structural changes and the new Management Board will enhance the philosophy for priority development of innovation processes and marker orientation of business and will create appropriate conditions for all changes necessary for the realization of such philosophy. The newly elected Management Board and the Executive Director of KCM S.A. believe that the changes made will be estimated as a step towards the more successful development of the business and social prosperity of the company.

KCM S.A. and KCM Trade S.A. value honesty and good will in relations with their business partners and are convinced that the above changes will influence positively on the traditionally good relations with them.
