One more step was made toward the establishment of a strong management structure of the Group. Since 1 July 2005 with a resolution of the BD the Legal Department of KCM 2000 S.A. has been reorganized into a Legal Administrative Department.

The new department concentrates in its scope the legal services as well as the whole information about the historical, current and perspective development of the capital and structure of KCM 2000 S.A. and the companies within the Group.

In the scope of the administrative services the Legal Administrative Department focuses its work on the public relations and corporate public responsibility. Special emphasis is laid upon the improvement of the dialogue with various target groups as an important means for developing trust and reliance in relations. The coordination of the partner's relations of KCM 2000 S.A. and the companies within the Group with foreign and local firms and organizations is also included in the administrative services.

It is expected that the efforts made for the optimization and improvement of the public climate will create a positive corporate image as an important base for making the investment opportunities more effective and developing the business of the Group within the country and abroad.
