A market driven engineering company ensuring the implementation of the innovation policy of the Group and expanding its activities within the country shall be established. Such a decision of the Board of Directors of KCM 2000 S.A. was made on 10.06.2005. Separating the engineering and innovation activities as an independent unit is an important stage of the outsourcing policy successful implementation and it will allow us to organize the funding of the Group's innovation policy in a more purposeful and well-planned way.

KCM TECHNOLOGY LTD has a registered office in the town of Plovdiv, Assenovgradsko shosse St., KCM industrial area. The company is 100 % owned by KCM 2000 S.A. The capital stock amounts to BGN 5 000 distributed in 50 contributions. The company is managed by Eng. Nayden Mihaylov, the former Director of the Process Development and Investments Department at KCM S.A., Plovdiv.

The expected better opportunities for engineering services after the accession of our country to the EU require more active and flexible market orientation and enterprise. The knowledge, experience and know-how, licenses and patents generated at KCM S.A. and combined with the contemporary methods of organization, financing and marketing are firm foundation for the successful business and competitiveness of KCM TECHNOLOGY LTD. In the globalizing economy the new legal entity will be more competitive in its partnership and cooperation with related companies.
