Our policy as regards salaries is based on the individual contribution
of each employer for the achievement of the common results of the
company. It is conducted in a way to attract and develop highly
qualified workers, specialists and managers through:
- a qualified expert assessment of the knowledge, skills, responsibilities
and rights necessary for each post;
- specifying each employee’s individual salary on the basis of:
- position occupied;
- labour performance assessment;
- keeping up and increasing labour efficiency at the fulfillment
of the duties and the appointed tasks;
- ñobserving the agreements with the social partners.
Each permanent employee in the company has the chance to receive
special attention. The managing body of the company plays the key
role and has the obligation to encourage and observe the employees’
contribution to the business and prosperity progress of KCM SA.
