Professional Development - Qualification


We always support our employees to increase their knowledge and skills through qualification programmes and create conditions for training at their workplaces as well as in their spare time. The Training and Qualification Center realizes the fulfillment of these programmes through the organization and conduct of the following types of instruction and training:

• for acquiring a new or higher qualification;
• for obtaining new skills and knowledge necessary for the implementation and commissioning of new technologies and equipment;
• for quality control;
• for expanding the technical knowledge and improvement of personal qualities;
• for effective communication and management styles.

With the cooperation of certified schools and state institutions the Training and Qualification Center organizes and conducts special training for acquiring the desired or necessary qualification for basic professions, and namely:

• industrial trucks drivers for internal transport;
• gas equipment operators (compressor operators);
• operators of overhead and traveling bridge cranes and lorry-mounted cranes;
• high pressure boilers operators.
