Professional Development - Personnel

When selecting the personnel for each workplace, the company is
guided by the principle to employ the most appropriate of all candidates
taking into account the following professional specification:
- CV;
- Health status;
- Educational qualification;
- Acquired additional qualification and/or certificate;
- Occupational experience;
- Personal qualities – level of communication, efficiency, personal
and creative interests.
The
process of selecting the candidates generally comprises four stages:
- screening – whether the candidate meets the minimum criteria
of the professional specification;
- interviewing – for obtaining firsthand information about
the candidate and evaluating his qualification and personal qualities;
- testing – for additional direct and purposeful information
about the level of knowledge and intelligence;
- letters of reference – for authenticity and eventual
recommendations.
