• General Assembly of the shareholders;
  
• Supervisory Board - Higher collective body, which controls the work of the Managing Board. The Supervisory Board is elected by the General Assembly. It comprises three members;
  
• Managing Board - Higher collective managing body, which manages and represents the company. It comprises five members;
  
• Executive Director.
