Capital Structure


The registered capital of the company amounts to 27 000 000 shares, each with BGN 1 face value.

The majority owner is KCM 2000 SA with 25 250 065 shares, representing 93.52 % of the capital. The rest 1 749 935 shares, representing 6.48% of the capital of KCM SA, are owned by minority shareholders.

During the year there was not any qualitative change in the correlation between majority and minority shareholders.
